It could, but the impact would be relative isolated..

I worry more about a high-altitude nuclear detonation, with the resulting EMP..

Whatever it is, it will have to be bigger than 9-11 to get much attention.
Killing Americans in oncies and twosomes is not going to get our govt officials off their ass.

I just hate the idea that we may need to suffer a bigger hit or more, to get ourselves motivated to fight.
