I will answer your two questions:

I think the ME is in the worst shape it has been since WW II . I think it was in better shape when George W left office than when he took office and it is worse now.

In my world it is better for more people to have health and health care than insurance. Who cares if they have insurance but can't use it either because they can't afford the deductible or if the doctors are already at capacity and can't see any more patients. Insurance means nothing in those cases. Prove to me more people are getting care and I will concede your point.

Back to the ME. What would you like it to look like in 10 years? What is the best possible outcome? Maybe we can agree on that. I would like to see a lot fewer beheadings, torching, etc. I would like to see more women being educated and less wearing veils and having female circumcisions. Do you agree with those?
