Federal lawsuits very shakey that is why lawyers have now filed in state court.as I predicted several weeks ago,the lawyers drew an unfriendly judge to class actions suits that is why they have now filed in state court.I predict all those suits are meritless

From a lurker: I see there is a class action suit against S3 for manipulating the financial information to the detriment of the stockholders, with benefical results for management, who sold at inf;ated prices. As a former shareholder(within the period specified in the suit) does it seem worthwhile to add one's name to the suit? Thank you.

>>Remember, the management and Board sold their options
out at higher prices. That's the reason and basis for all
those lawsuits. So they have almost no options to exercise,
duh ??????<<

You are living in the past. When was the last time management, other then Hervey, sold shares? GJ's transaction was in the summer of '96. So this argument is moot!
