Hi Mr. Ed, I know that there will be no money by end of Q1/98. What we should expect as a worst case is that there will be no money come January for operations and - if new share issue gridlocked by the courts - will have no way of continuing. To me the only hope then is that a player bellies up to take part of the company. As of about 5 weeks ago the board's position - officially anyways - was that they will not sell in spite of the brutal low price (I am only telling you what I was told). Mr. Ed, Wayne, DR PHIL and others: I would like your input on the wisdom of maintaining shares at this 11th hour??? Will we survive? Kind Regards, Mark
