She has no history of racism--and you know it. Your inability to parse a compound sentence with adjectives should really not prevent you from understanding that she is talking about “BIRTH CONTROL”. It is BIRTH CONTROL which she is inviting you to understand. To put it another way: ...as condoms, IUD’s, etc. contribute to the “gradual suppression, elimination and eventual extirpation of defective stocks”. “Gradual” because creating healthy families through intelligent reproductive choices which leave resources to care for the garden does not happen instantly. It is a gradual process. But in any event, she is attributing all of this to ONE THING and ONE THING ONLY…BIRTH CONTROL. It is right there in the sentence. There are only two reasons you could fail to understand this simple statement. One reason would be that you are mentally defective. The other would have to do with a moral failing. Even with dishonest people changing the quote, it still reads as plain as mud. BIRTH CONTROL!! Birth control is not contraception indiscriminately and thoughtlessly practiced.
