An upgrade of CSCO in this market when it is not far off it's
all time high is a clear sign to me someone wants to unload.

CSCO - SELL
COMS - SELL
ASND - HOLD
TLAB - SELL

Last few days have been a bear rally. I think more warnings are
coming along with some big disappointments in the tech sector.

Remember ASND was the darling of WS as well
only 5-6 months ago.
It can change in a hurry.
Short CSCO and buy ASND.
CSCO is way overpiced compared to ASND and
COMS.

Time will tell.
