Kaena - You simply can't grasp the fact that some of us disrespect this company because they have so diligently earned it. One gets the feeling that some take a relativist viewpoint of ethical questions, judging actions solely by whether or not they personally benefit therefrom. I suppose such people feel it is no concern of their's if a gunman robs their neighbors house, so long as their own belongings are left intact. Perhaps their neighbor did not install an alarm on his door, so they consider he should be punished for inciting an innocent man to robbery.

This company seems to conduct itself according to extremely low standards of practice and principle, in my opinion. Folks might want to consider that fact when making their investment decisions.

Kaena,

Get a grip, you're way out of line here. Are you related to Clive? He grappled with ethics for the better part of last year and came out a loser in my book. To get on Tom and Ken's case for "whining" is simply out of touch with the facts. I'm surprised that you, given your background, and perhaps assuming incorrectly that you have tried to get up to speed on the history here, would not be a little put out by an outfit that treats its US holders as 2nd class citizens by avoiding through technicalities responsibilities every US company has on US exchanges in terms of mailing out periodic reports to shareholders including announcements re time and place of annual meetings, and issuing proxies as required. What Tom and Ken have done on this thread is to provide a sadly needed balance -- acknowledging Johnson's talents as a promoter and "explorer", and recognizing early his weaknesses as a manager.
