cant respond to your questions on the financial status of the company, but for fun ive been foollowing the mm's trading on acntf and im telling you they are shorting it, your right stock is not marginable an d therefore can not be shorted but it does go on, the mm can naked short all he wants depending on how he perceives his inventory, this is how the market is maintained. and on level 2 im seeing loads of buys but the stock is going nowhere but down, inho i wouldnt touch it over 1/2 at this moment in time. i could be wrong but i dont like what im seeing
