I spend summers in Wisconsin dairy farming land.

I own a commercial building next to Badger Hatchery COOP.

I would think if the drone service was a JV with the coop (source of fertilizer) - the fertilizer savings would be a reason to do business with the coop.

Coops have geographical areas and are a fragmented business. In my area I see the local coop and a coop from about 15 - 20 miles away competing for the business.

That kind od a service would be the next generation farmer assistance to taking soil samples.

Then combine that with Genetically modified seed based on growing duration and you could drum up strong demand in 1-3 years.

I like that idea may well be a good application to my renovated building next to the coop.
