kfs......anybody tried e-filing their taxes? I'm going to give it a try this year. I was also out and about yesterday....in South Bend, IN...this time of year I work part-time for the Fat Man. I too saw Turbo Tax in all the stores, Basic, Deluxe & Business. The cheapest place was Sam's Club of all....and the product was also on pallets there too. However I didn't see TaxCut anywhere....so they don't have their product out Nation-wide yet.....FWIW.

Santa helper needs some help! (off Topic) Doc you have 2 daughters right......well I have a Son age 6 and a Duagher age 7. I've never had any trouble shopping for my Son...I just buy the things I wanted as a Kid.......Question is girls......what is the most memoriable gift you received from Santa?

For those of you that are not watching the development of Checkfrees e-Bill side of the business.......we should already know by now Checkfree is 19+% owned by Intuit....has relationships with 850 Financial institutions to route money, e-Pay & Online Banking...covering 75% of US Checking & Savings Accounts. The e-Bill side of the business is the 'bill presentment'....From Merchant to Customer.....you and me. Which you can then pay thru your Quicken Program or the Net with the click of your mouse....Checkfree routes the funds from your account to the Merchant...Banks....blah...blah....blah. Saves Time and Money for everybody. They are putting the Merchants on quite frequently for e-Bill processing.......the 1st 19 includes a couple of Baby Bells, GTE......look for yourself. The list IMO will grow to most everybody you know or will ever hear about. checkfree.com
