Homeowner Holds Burglar At Gunpoint Off Riley Fuzzell Spring, TX: (Montgomery County Police Reporter) On 02/20/2015 units from the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office along with units from the Montgomery County Sheriff s Office responded to a residence in the 3100 block of Riley Fuzzel Road in regards to a Burglary of a Habitation that was in progress. Upon arrival the units located the home owner who was holding the suspect who had made entry into his home at gun point. Precinct 3 deputies took the suspect into custody with out incident. The suspect was identified as Christopher Martin, a confirmed member of the Aryan Brotherhood gang. Martin has previously been charged in Montgomery County with Criminally Negligent Homicide and manslaughter. He also has several previous convictions for other felonies as well. The homeowner had been burglarized previously and had set up a monitoring system in his home. He was notified of the burglary via the system and was able to detain the suspect until units arrived. “We are glad to see a homeowner take proactive steps to legally protect their property.
