New York Times reported today that SEC has requested documents regarding insider sales during August. Wiggins stated that SEC wants to know the same thing that 13 law firms and attorney general want to know. He stated that he and other executives sold the stock to pay taxes on stock options and were not concerned with SEC's interest. He stated that Oxford is fully cooperating with SEC and that he was glad to get moving on this so he can can put it behind him and move forward.

Is Wiggins & Co. trustworthy?
