There was a fews reports from Taiwanese end users that their K6-166 (USA version) could be oc to 266Mhz (not reliably) @2.8V. Most of them settled at 250Mhz.

Could it mean that these K6-166 has the .25u process?

It means 42% no brand computers(not include top ten manufacturers). It really does mean the sales of AMD's and CYRX's CPUs increasing from a year ago.
