O'reilly is what a person has to be to get where he is. An asshole.

O'Reilly is a bloviating gasbag who is seemingly unable to shut up and let his guests finish a thought without him interrupting. It's obvious that he's overly fond of himself and can never admit when he's wrong on an issue.

Although he often makes good points, he's irritating to watch, and I can't understand why his ratings are as high as they are...

When did I defend Williams? Or even mention him?

I just pointed out that playing fast and loose with the facts is Bill's signature approach.

It is interesting to me that liberal newscasters are trying to justify Williams' actions by criticizing a fox commentator. It is pretty pathetic.
I agree with you totally, Dave. Liberal newscasters are EXPECTED to tell the truth, and there are consequences when they get caught lying, or get conned themselves, as with Dan Rather.

There are no such expectations for Fox 'News' commentators.
