[ Las Vegas Chat ] Chris,

Did you get to play at the Blackjack tables? I'm thinking that perhaps the participants of the thread would be able to further their education in risk management by getting more acquainted with the game, from a professional's point of view. The similarities are striking with regard to trading.

For a Blackjack game, I would recommend Bicycle Blackjack, on CD-ROM. It was around $12 for the program. It teaches you the betting strategies(when to expand or reduce bets), card counting techniques, etc. Perhaps the most important lesson to be picked up would be the understanding of how one's win probabilities are affected by the types of cards that are already dealt out.

Just my two cents.
