(NYSE: NRZ) Ocwen To Sell $9.8 Billion Portfolio To Nationstar From what I read, the OCN HSS division was acquired by NRZ. ASPS still has a LT contract to service those loans (it's a contract w/ HSS that was acquired by NRZ). So it appears that ASPS will still (under contract) service the loans acquired by NRZ. But NRZ is in the same business (or has subsidiary companies in the same business) as ASPS so I am not sure if/when that loan service activity will be taken over by NRZ. The market seems to like the transaction as all companies are higher after a small sell off in the AM on the news. EKS
