In what instance?????

If you knew anything about reaction kinetics you would know they are driven by concentration. There is both a forward and reverse reaction rate so having high concentrations of reactants will drive the reaction to the right (Products) while high concentrations of the products will drive the reaction backwards. Activation energies aside and all one can simply see that higher concentrations of CO2 will result in more photosynthesis.
