wow, talk about stupidity revelations. JF photosysthesis is a process that require h20 co2 and light. c02 at 4 parts in 10,000 cannot sustain reactions of available h20 and light. There is simply too little co2. More co2 mean more photosynthesis possible with existing light and H20 conditions on a daily basis.

It is true 1 + 1 = 2 as long as you have both 1s and a +. At 4 parts in 10,000 the co2 one of the one's is depleted within hours of daylight and photosynthesis slows.

It is the same as restricting airflow to a car engine, gas tank is full and the battery has the juice to spark but you limit use of the fuel.

Where is the vacuum you live in?
