Stagger, You are correct. The only thing to watch for is. Shareholder meeting on the 20th or so of Jan. Allen gets controlling interest at that time. I think the proxy is out. Rumor has it that a shake up in Manamgement/Sales is coming. I don't think it is rumor or would be news to anyone.

Does anyone know how many customers they actually have? It's odd that they keep referring to thousands of customers, but never put out any actual numbers. By comparison, CDPD has less than 20K customers nationwide and that too with GTE, Bell Atlantic, Ameritech, AT&T, SBC, and a few other small players pushing the technology and products in a big way.

Another thing I am skeptical about is that they claim to be able to light up a market with their cell sites for around $5-7 million each. Given the fact that they have to deal with local governments and companies, I'd think it would cost more the get mafia clearance itself than the $5-7 million they spend - unless Paul Allen has offered to help them out there!!! Anyone has any thoughts on this one?

>I'm thinking of shorting more. Revenues are growing at a snail's pace. Losses are accellerating. Cash is
evaporating. It's at $11 now; nothing has changed from when it was at $5, except the Paul Allen effect
which has already lost a third of its luster. The way I see it, there's no way the Richochet becomes
widely accepted without some pretty massive dilution first.<

Stagger, you are probably right, but given the craziness of this market, anything can happen. Certainly the fact that Paul Allen has stepped up can only be deemed a positive. It certainly did not justify the huge run to 18 or even 13 for that matter, but some increase in price from the depths was justified. I'll be keeping my eye on it.
