It was clear from the start it would be pretty bad. You can't create sweeping law like this while excluding half the elected representation and expect decent law to come out of it. That was just stupid, but the Dems had the support of the hard left and that's all they cared about. (It is gratifying to see that so many lost their political careers over it!) While I always thought it would be bad it is far worse than even I expected. Predominantly because pretty much everything about it has gone so wrong they've had cancel provisions indiscriminately. Quality of care is being hit harder (and faster) than I thought. Tragic loss for the country as well as the rest of the world. Just stupid people making stupid law. Nothing else to say about it.
