To ALL: Steve Hawrysz called back and left a message on my answering machine. Steve is extremely busy, and he called me while he was driving home. He would like to apologize for not getting back to each and everyone that called. His mail box is completely full. With this being the first board meeting without Gary, it's been really busy.

On the insider selling issue.... There were some 144's filed. The Penny family "TRUST" did file to sell 50,000 shares out of 19 million shares. Mel Simon filed to sell 50,000 out of 900,000 shares. The Mel Simon trust filed to sell some shares and Mr. Benton has 700,000 shares of which he is selling some..... etc. Each member of the Penny family trust doesn't vote, but are listed as insiders for the filing of the 144. Although is may look bad, there isn't a mass exit by the insiders. Each Penny family member would be listed in the 144's, but aren't insiders.

Hopefully this helps. That was my first and last call to Westell. They are extremely busy and I don't want to waste their time... until later.
