>> the American public will go to their grave believing also.

I believe so. They will continue to shove the country into the dumper and people will never know they've been had.

There was a discussion on facebook the other day amongst some of us regarding the impending candidacy of Hillary Clinton. It kind of got nasty, but the important point is that one of my lifelong friends posted that she was a huge Hillary fan and essentially, she'd vote for Hillary no matter what. And she will. As will many others. And some of my other friends were highly critical of her.

But the reality is those who were critical are for the most part going to vote for the same old Republican nonsense in the same ways. It is pretty sad how disengaged the public is at this point.

My daughter has become really disengaged politically and I stay on her about it. Her boyfriend, who is an extremely successful manager at a big oil company, is the same way. They just don't pay much attention to politics. My son, OTOH, is about as politically aware as any person I've ever known. He totally gets it.

They're young. Old people have no excuse imo.

A majority of Republicans would like to string up Boehner and McConnell, and can't figure out how they keep getting re-elected serving Democrats...
