Shero, you raise many good points about the the weaknesses and past errors of the present "scientific" management team. I have faith that the new "Iacocca-type" CEO will completely change all that - only time will tell. As far as them "intentionally trying to make the company look unattractive so no one will want to take the [CEO] job", I don't believe that for a minute. Mistakes YES, Sabotage, NO. ALL those guys, just like us, want this thing to succeed. Too much sweat and blood so far invested. I refuse to believe otherwise. The payoff of success FOR HUMANITY'S SAKE is in the back of EVERYBODY's minds, IMHO.
