JMAR has always been a "what if" investment, but they also have always presented a clear vision to me, primarily that of producing leading edge microelectronic laser/measurement, Britelight and future lithography products. CATS has been one roadbump in their future plans but I have agreed with the solution to date. IMO, they are making progress towards becoming a good growth company. I think it is 5 consecutive quarters of profitability now. The preannounced Q4 decrease in sequential revenue growth has opened a window in time for the price to be driven down. I agree that investor confidence has been hurt lately but I applaud Dr. Martinez in his efforts to promote JMAR businesses. Possible upcoming news regarding DARPA funding for XRL would be a big boost also.

Here are some questions I have that answers might greatly restore some buying interest in the company.
1)Does JMAR have customers ready to order Microlight, or are they just going to produce them and hope to sell them later?
2)What milestones has the XRL progam met and what timelines for the year are anticipated?
3)How many customers have or are going to be buying Mirage?
4)Why is there not more information about the Lightning system used for CPU production?
5)Where does the Light Knife stand and what timeframe is anticipated for market introduction?
6)What happened to the Santa Fe Laser deal and what are the plans to replace that source?
7)How close are they to carving out CATS and what effect will that have on the balance sheets.
8)And why did they decide to limit the recent private offering other than concern about dilution?

I have my own limited answers to these questions but would greatly appreciate everyone elses understanding. Thanks in advance.
