Hi Jim, Normally with a TECHNICAL DELAYED DIP, the following up leg will move up above the last peak, which in this case would be the highs of Tuesday. Please remember that my SHORT-TERM analysis is normally for a 1-5 day period, and beyond that I would need to switch to my MID-TERM analysis to help determine further movement upwards. In many cases, the second leg up (the one that hopefully starts today/tomorrow) will not pop immediately but will be flat first for a short period of time (1-3 days). Seeya
