Well, we can credit today's incredible haircut to a downgrade by Raymond James to from buy to accumulate. I spoke with Claire's I.R. contact who only knew that the downgrade was based on November's same-store sales, which are hardly news. She indicated that the company remains comfortable with estimates and that things are going well. Having the stock retrace this path again is a tough pill to swallow! But I added to my position nonetheless because I don't see anything changing the basic thesis for this investment...
