As I've posted before, I'm more inclined at this point to add to current positions both because I have roughly 40 and don't want/need many/any additional ones, but more importantly, the positions I already have represent the best ideas I've had over the past 5-10 years as I built the PFs, weeding out here and there and fertilizing (adding to positions) elsewhere. After awhile, I just run out of "best" ideas for my PF and the ones I already have look the most attractive, especially if/when any of them go on sale relatively speaking.

Does any one here have experience with Health Care Property Investors - HCP ??

It pays a 56 cent quarterly dividend which is 109% payout!

Long term chart suggests future stock weakness which has to make the stock attractive at some point.

USA demographics suggest medical demand will grow , hospital manager I know indicates that Ocare pays less for services and Hospitals are being forced to be digitally advanced or lose profitability.

TIA for any thoughts.

Bob
