i was wondering the same exact thing; we have heard nothing, of course, since last septemer.

as to the proprietary vs generic ks vs breast cancer issues, i understand...and still, i am unsure why immunex has a jump, exactly.
do you feel the injunction will NOT lie?

also: the IVAX theory ( as i understood it) exempted this particular
dosage and treatment from the 12/97 patent exclusivity period, ie.,
that an NDA was acceptable before 12/97, hence their filing.

am i just missing the essence here?
