* 1 STOCK - 1 WEEK * Update 12-18-97 Putting this together today was as bad as the market. I had it finished about 45 minutes ago when someone walked into my office to talk. Within two minutes of turning my head, #@!&$ AOL timed me out and signed me off. Just like not having my shorts hedged with a call or my long hedged with a put, my anti-timer wasn't hedging my work. Such is the tone of the week..... As with the market, our group averages turned negative today, but not by much. The top two spots (Virgil and Wiseowl) remain the top two spots, although the margin narrowed. Jackay's MSFT short moved up 6 places and Alan's CMOS joined the fortunate group despite a down market. Two fortunates (Dmccoach and Zakrosan) joined us less fortunates. Gary and I still bring up the rear, although we switched places. Triple witching tomorrow should provide enough volatility to keep our game suspenseful until the close: it may also provide some good day trading opportunities.
