I agree with the little I've seen of House of Cards. Actually "The Wire" got slow the second season and then got excellent the rest of the way. IMHO

I agree. Frank seems to have lost his mojo. The series may have jumped the shark when they had a state dinner for the Russian president (a Putin clone) and invited Pussy Riot to the dinner.

I've only seen the first episode.
Not as good as previous, but still better than 85% of TV stuff.
