I've also seen a couple others succeeding, recently... after losing ownership to "takings"...

Brilliant Resources BRLGF won their money back and a bit more...

Tri-Metals (TMIAF/TMIBF) is working on recovering Bolivia's unwarranted takings...

In PAW's case, though... they are at least "theoretically" already operating under a jurisdiction in which the rule of law is supposed to be operative...

Will it be ?

And, if it isn't... will the theory trump the reality in addressing appeals ?

I don't know...

I just don't have any reason to be an optimist...
