Yes, per the press release on Bloomberg, it is initiation. But the market doesn't really seem to be reacting. Announce earnings disappointment the stock rises; announce initiation of coverage by the mighty GS, nobody seems to care...

Goldman found out MU needed to borrow another 500M to stay in business. Those jerks are on my S list now. Tim

If Goldman drops coverage (for whatever convenient reasons), it's alot easier for them than having to downgrade. Now, they conveniently "initiate coverage". What BS!
