Every month isn't the warmest, nor is every year.
But of course you ignore the fact that a decade ago and more the predictions was that this year would have been the warmest. Our coasts would be flooded. We would have record numbers and intensity for hurricanes. Polar bears would be almost extinct, etc. on and on.

You did say last year was the warmest on record, didn't you? Even though it wasn't a hot year.
