In my post which you responded to with the above reference, I did say that the above interpretation, if it stood alone, would concern me. I also said that they were awaiting the patent for their special formulation and were advised by counsel that they felt confident they would get the patent soon. As you might be aware, these matters do take time. If Joe Podolski was telling an outright lie when he publically stated this, then he is a wonderful actor, with no concerns about going to jail. I feel that he sincerely believed that he was relating truthful information. Further, as I stated, Schering-Plough did a thorough review of the patent situation and eagerly signed this deal. There were other major drug companies that also reviewed this and were willing to sign a deal.

Do you think that if they did announce approval of this second patent for their formulation, it would have a major effect on the price of the stock?
