Lots of other problems too with housing bubble 2.0, our bloated military, our bloated entitlement state, our record wealth disparity, lack of any vision on how to handle what globalization and technology is doing to the middle class looming even greater... I fear total GOP control in 2017 just in time to dismantle all financial regulations at the end of this economic cycle while doubling down yet again on trickle down and tax cuts to keep this party going further leading leverage to far exceeding 2006-07 levels and to the real Great Depression 2..
