I believe the Swedish bourse really is a more true representation of values, Toronto 5,75 and Nasdaq 4 1/8 is silly! Stock price is still 12% higher in Stockholm. Last thursday the difference exceeded 20%, and I tried to sell IPC in Sweden and buy IRP in Canada instead. But Swedish brokers warned me, I was told IRP and IRPPF stop trading after December 23rd, if I buy (and pay) now I won't receive any shares until January 12 when Lundin Oil start trading. And it's alreday too late for you to accept Sands' offer in North America, they claimed. Wonder if it's true or not?

Is this the explanation to IPC's recent weakness in Canada and USA?
Do you still have time to tell your broker today or tomorrow that you accept the offer?
Are people afraid of not being able to sell IRP if we have bad news from Libya before January 12?
