RE usually works out over time quite well if can buy it at the bottom part of the cycle, now how to manage it and generate decent cash flow.. I am stunned by the high end building boom bubble going on in our large cities. You would think people would learn.. Okay feels like 1927 or 1987 already<ng> What is most scary interest rates are still at near zero this cycle so what happens the next 2-3 years if this keeps up? Don't worry all our problems will be solved when the GOP controls everything again in 2017...lol
