Valueman, Mark & all - Valueman, thanks for the update. I guess that the financial aspect of the deal is what bothers people then. While it is not uncommon for a large investor to get a discount for the stk price, it seems that people are reacting to T potentially taking a stake in BVSI at a discount (not premium.) Ok, so we ve to factor in the business deal. $25M is a good size contract, let alone $60M (in all?) for the next 3 yrs. Considering that swing of the shr price 10 3/4 to 12 1/4, I suspect some people are also thinking along these lines. Really hope it closed at the open though <vbg> Then we would be trying to retest the resistent dated back in Sept, but volume thus far doesn't show we are heading in that direction. rgds Bosco
