Obama hasn't exactly been forceful with Putin so I don't see how you can say that Putin won't keep being aggressive while Obama is in office.

Obama won't even give any arms to Ukraine so I doubt that Putin is terrified that the U.S. will rush in to save Latvia or any other country whether they are "members of NATO" or not.

Obama said the guy in Syria was finished but he's still there and reconsolidating his power as I type.
