Thanks for answer. The management looks like a bunch of cowboys: lot's of swagger, but not clear if they can sustain actual results. I'll hold some more, we'll see how this year unfolds.

Lazarus/MBNC, This looks interesting. I can't find net interest income and regular income statement information that any normal bank would publish. Do you have those? If not, why aren't publishing that basic information? Do they have something to hide?. It seems like their earnings last year were tax write-ups and a bunch of real estate gains, but it is hard to tell cuz I don't see a decent income statement. If I could get a bank around book value with ok income, this would be worth buying because you have a free lottery ticket for selling on greater fool theory, because to be honest banking for marijuana would be sexy industry that could get the stock way up.
