Detoilet? Chicongo? Killadelphia? They're all the same. It's nice for third-world savages. They feel right at home there. When the police are on full patrol in those hellholes, the inhabitants scream "racism" and cry, "If dis wuz a White city, we wouldn't have all of deez raciss po-leece all over, discriminating against us, and gunning us down day and night." Then, when the mayor and city council listen to their pleas and dial the police presence way back, violent Black crime invariably explodes.
