The fact that they're in a quiet period does't mean that they can't issue an earnings warning. It just means that they can't issue selective guidance; any statement has to be public.

Intel IS in the quiet period.

Andy still owns more stock than I'll probably ever be fortunate enough or skillful enough to own.

Andy did exercise some options and will probably do so again someday.

I can't add any value to your year-end statements, but do wish good luck to all.
