For those of you interested in the upcoming SC legislative session, here are two links you may find useful: 1. lpitr.state.sc.us - This provides a means to search proposed regulations by promulgating agency. If you select "Department of Revenue" from the list provided, you will get a short list of regulations the DOR has proposed including two relevant to VGMs. Check of Reg. #2230 and #2248. 2. 167.7.18.89 - This provides a means to search proposed bills based on a key word or phrase. Using the phrase "video gaming machines" will get you something like 53 proposed bills that may have something to do with the industry. I haven't checked these bills out yet but I will soon. TKA
