Bill Any news over the weekend, I didn't have time to search. Surely someone has something, I can't believe that this takeover is generating so little interest. Maybe someone from the Arb community can tell us why they are buying at average prices of 5.75 when the offer is only 5.40. What if Boliden has made a side deal with the Arb's to tender their shares at 6.?? and once they up the offer this baby is over ?? I can't understand why up to 50 million shares have been purchased by the Arb's unless they know for sure a better deal is on the way either from Boliden or someone else. I could understand some minor positions by the Arb's but 50 milion shares, give me a break. This baby smells of side deals and it's just a matter of time before we see the end results. Any comments ??
