Total nonsense. Bullshit that's been passed around tonight amongst ignorant liberals.

If the Administration wants to make that case Republicans will undoubtedly respond with, "So, sue me."

Congress has the express and absolute right and obligation to advise and consent. The operative term is "consent". No reason the Senate can't put enemies on notice that if they come to terms with Obama that's only the first step in the process.
