No asshole. It was an Iraqi guy from Michigan. He may have been a friend of Hussein's but he wasn't Iraq's intelligence ministry.

And that is PRECISELY what they were discussing. They were alleging that Saddam was being honest and Bush was lying. From BAGHDAD. It was treason.

They opposed what proved to be a senseless, costly war that the US lost. However, they didn't write a letter to Hussein telling him that Congress would stop Bush's attacks. Can you possibly see the difference thru the partisan/ideological haze that envelopes you? The truth is your R pols who signed that letter are racist traitors working feverishly to undermine America's black president.
