I think there are many loopholes for a OTC BB stock such as how far reaching can a Canadian short be reached. How many three day delays can be requested etc. The delay tactics work very well as you have seen. Also as you may or may not be aware of the SEC and NASD look at these stocks as a pain in the a** and wish they would go away and I do not beleive they take all the complaints as seriously as they should. Pugs no disrespect intended but: WHAT FUNDAMENTALS? To date there are no new bottling facilities. Palco/Hardcore may not be dead but my guess is that it is on life support. Financials are way late. And until I see the money in the bank I want someone to show me the money. Joe
