Do you mean " any " agreement? or the " proposed " agreement? or the agreement that iranian vallerie jarrette is cooking up with her home country? What agreement do you know about that the rest of the world does not know about....what agreement with iran comrade? are you really a lawyer, standards must be very lax where you are? I think he means the agreement with Putin that he would have more flexibility after the election.
