<< I am told that mgt. is "naive".>> This is pretty standard when it comes to technology-development folks moving into the alien territory of large-scale manufacturing and distribution. It's a huge leap and may well explain why Frank is now on board: management needed appropriate expertise. If this is so, one can regret that management didn't immediately see the light (in my pre-retirement management days I never expected any of my people, including me, to immediately see the light) or be pleased that they eventually did.
