I don't know about short CIEN but Long FIBR will be certainly a good strategy and wise decision financially.

No. I'll assume they're representing a seller until proven otherwise.

I won't be going short CIEN again because of the way the price held up in the face of the massive selling of the lockup shares. I was lucky to make 15% on that trade, and it's popped right back up. I might thing about going long Ciena as well though.
